Version 31.0 update

I am currently running the OS X Version 10.4.11
I have been unable to get the .zip file for the Mozilla Firefox. I have a Dual 2.5 GHz PowerPC G5.
My hardware overview is:
Machine Name: Power Mac G5
Machine Model: PowerMac7,3
CPU Type: PowerPC G5 (3.0)
Number Of CPUs: 2
CPU Speed: 2.5 GHz
L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB
Memory: 1.5 GB
Bus Speed: 1.25 GHz
Boot ROM Version: 5.1.8f7
Please advise as to what I need to do to get the update to download...after I ask for the G5 version, the page lets me select the download, but I only receive a black screen and never see the download appear.

do you still have the problem? If may start downloading after a few seconds without a dialog asking you where to save the file, so check your Downloads Manager (Tools>Downloads) and your Downloads folder and Desktop. You may also see some advertising, but the download should still start in the background.

I have tried your suggestion and I am still
getting a blank screen. I checked my
downloads folder and found the .zip file.
I opened it and got this error message:
Unable to unarchive "TenFourFoxG5-31.2.0.app.zip"
(Error 1-operation not permitted)
What now?

Then the file didn't download completely. Just monitor your Download Manager during the process. The .zip file must be 39,534,750 bytes for TFF 31.2 G5.
