Hello Marcelo, please have a look at Tools>Add-ons>Appearance. Are there any personas (skins) installed? Try switching to "Default 31.2.0". If that's not it, there are other things we can try.

    Hi Chris
    Thanks for your response.
Just checked and Deafult skin installed.
    Any other suggestions please?.
    Kind regards.

Okay, next: Disable all extensions (in Tools>Add-ons), then re-start the browser.

    Other things to check:

    • Verify your monitor is set to thousands of colours or higher.
    • Try a different ColorSync profile.
    • Disable colour management: in about:config, set gfx.color_management.enablev4 to false.

    I've tried all your suggestions.
    Still getting the wrong colours.
Please note that it occurs on the TenFourFox window only, so it's not a calibration or profile problem.
    Please see attached file.
    There are no add-ons either.
    Thanks

Alright, now it's getting interesting :-)

Next, go to Macintosh HD/Users/[your user name]/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles. There's at least one profile folder in there with an arbitrary name like 2tmg15fp.Default. In this folder, go to CHrome and check if there are any userChrome.css or userContent.css files other than the examples. If so, quit TenFourFox and then remove those files (to a backup location). Start TFF and see what happens.

If that's not it, I'm afraid you'll have to reset TenFourFox or even remove the complete Firefox folder from Application Support (export your bookmarks to html before doing that).

    Problem sorted guys!.
Thank you very much for your help.
I had to throw away the Firefox folder within Application Support
and TFF went back to normal.
    Kind regards.
