Dan, where do you try to download?

If I click "7400" or "7450" at, I'm taken to the sourceforge download site and download starts automatically.

If you tried to access the TFF website (or tried to "check for updates") last night and nothing happened: The server was down. Sorry, it's fixed now.

If you experience problems again, you can go to and download from there.

    Hi Chris

I'm a little surprised you did not reply to my last email.

Downloading an update shouldn't require this much work.

Can you please send me a direct link to the specific download that I
need, as previously requested, then I can download it.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best regards

Regarding the TenFourFox homepage: Just one "Download Button" is impossible for TenFourFox because we have four different application packages for different Mac PPC processors. However, the homepage only shows one version (24.5.0 right now) at a time, I don't see how it can be any simpler. See screenshot attached. Click your processor, and you're all set. G4 7450 is the right download for you.

The direct download link (Sourceforge) is at
You may see some advertising before the download starts automatically.

Regarding downloads in general: We're not a company, and we're not Mozilla. We're just a small community project and we don't have a download server structure. We make TenFourFox in our spare time. TenFourFox comes at no cost to you, and you don't need to use it if you don't like it. Btw, It used to be easier for us and for the users when we still had Google Code downloads. But Google ended this program. Sourceforge is the only viable alternative to host our files we're aware of. If you have a good alternative, please share! Also see this blog post:
